Fatty Acids/Glycerin Capabilities

Our facility located in Quincy, MA is designed and operated as world-class fatty acid and glycerin production site. With fractional distillation, crystallization, partial and complete hydrogenation capabilities, we are able to produce a product line that includes over 80 different types of fatty acids that is growing by the month. This product line includes food grade and kosher fatty acids.


Distribution

Our Quincy Plant enjoys direct access to worldwide ocean shipping lanes through our own deepwater port facilities and storage terminal. We are equipped with direct access to the national rail transportation system and have on-site rail and truck scales and loading facilities. With terminals located in Cincinnati, OH, Newark, NJ & Houston, TX and a fleet of over 400 railcars, we are able to ensure expedited delivery to our customers across North and Latin America. To compliment our distribution system, Twin Rivers owns and operates Fore River Transportation, a short line railroad that services our Quincy Plant.
