Back to Our New Normal

Like many companies and states, Twin Rivers Technologies is working on finding our new normal after the past year and a half.  In mid June, after over a year of working remote at least part time, all non-essential personnel returned to our Quincy, MA facility full time.

Additionally, we have made some changes to the COVID-19 guidelines for all visitors and employees, while still remaining steadfast in holding the safety of our employees, guests and families as utmost important.  

• Proper PPE including face coverings being worn with the following exceptions: 
  • Employees who are *fully vaccinated (must inform HR to allow this exemption. * you are considered fully vaccinated: 2 weeks after your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.)
  • Employees working in a private office or room with an occupancy of 1 person.
  • Employees working at a workstation that is separated from their closest neighbor by a distance of greater than 6 feet.  PPE is required if an additional person enters the 6-foot radius surrounding their work station for purposes other than transit.
  • In break rooms, during authorized breaks, while consuming food or beverages. Social Distancing must be maintained.
  • A helmet mounted face shield is an acceptable substitute for other required PPE.
  • If an employee is working or walking outside alone, they are not required to wear a face mask. This only is for jobs being performed outside and not around any other individuals.

• Sanitation and disinfection activities will continue throughout our plant and offices
  
  
• Visitors will need to complete a screening questionnaire; which has been revised to meet current CDC and MA state guidelines
  
  

We will be reassessing our guidelines on a regular basis and will communicate additional changes as they occur.
