Completed Goals:
- Developed a Strategic Emission Reduction Plan, achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050.
- Conducted Carbon Footprints and Life Cycle Analysis for all our products.
- Finalized the tallow to vegetable oil conversion project.
- Initiated the process of Kosherizing the TRT production facility.
- Successfully installed a new electronic training platform.
- Made significant progress in installing a new ESG management system.
- Currently exploring alternative fuel/energy and storage solutions for a dependable and clean power supply.
- Actively prioritizing projects that reduce emissions in our capital budgets, including electrical, transportation, production, and water-saving initiatives.
- Officially joined the ACI Circularity Project and the ACI Sustainable Feedstock Initiative.

- Exploring hydrogen fuel cell generation as an alternative to conventional electrical suppliers.

- Initiating reporting under the CDP new initiatives for Water, Biodiversity, Plastics, and Forests.
- Implementing a permit-to-work system.
- Expanding our STEM internship program for women.
- Working towards the closure of the remediation project with the former owner of the facility.
- Working with our customers and suppliers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
