A Message To Our Customers About Covid-19

Dear Valued Customers,

As it has always been, the safety and security of our employees remains our highest priority at Twin Rivers Technologies (TRT). TRT has been actively monitoring COVID-19 (formerly known as the Novel Coronavirus) and has implemented several procedures and prevention policies to ensure we are being proactive in keeping our employees safe and healthy and to ensure continuity of our business operations.

A COVID-19 Response Team has been formed to coordinate communication and actions within TRT.  As a result of this team, the following steps have been taken:

Employee Wellbeing:

  • The TRT Pandemic/Communicable Disease Emergency Response plan has been activated and made available to all personnel
  • All international business travel has been suspended until further notice and domestic business travel has been minimized with essential travel only, authorized by Senior Management
  • TRT will not attend business conferences or business gatherings with greater than 25 people until further notice
  • TRT Employees have been encouraged to avoid personal international travel and social gatherings with greater than 25 people
  • A confidential companywide log for out of state or out of country travel has been instated for all employees
  • We have implemented increased routine housekeeping of our Quincy, MA facility as well as amplified disinfecting and increased the availability of disinfecting materials to our staff to be used throughout the facility
  • TRT is currently a handshake free zone
  • Continuous reinforcement of the importance of using good hygiene and have posted hand washing reminders throughout the facility
  • Employees have been instructed to stay at home if not feeling well

Supply Chain & Business Continuity

  • The TRT Business Continuity Plan has been reviewed and activated, which includes contingencies for raw material supply and continued plant operations
  • At this time, we have sufficient material on site to meet our customers’ needs
  • Currently, we are not experiencing any issues securing our raw materials
  • A visitor questionnaire was implemented to prevent potential exposure from external visitors. TRT is also restricting outside visitors to our site unless authorized by Senior Management
  • We are working to confirm that each non-essential employee has the ability to work from home should the situation arise
  • Management has implemented changes within our facility to increase social distancing (more conference calls, video meetings, flexible workspaces, etc.)

Communication

  • We will continuously monitor U.S. Centers for Disease Control and a variety of other federal and state authorities for updates on COVID-19 and will update our employees as well as our valued customers of any new guidance or recommendations as they develop
  • At this time, TRT’s Customer Service is still staffed Monday – Friday from 7:00 – 5:00 PM EST.  Customer Service is working with our terminals, carriers and other partners to ensure any potential customer delays are communicated in a timely manner
  • Should any issues arise that would affect business, you will be notified as soon as possible

In this crucial time, we continue to adapt and make necessary changes to maintain production in order to supply our valued customers. As we embark on a path of supply chain uncertainty, TRT hopes to bring you some sense of security in your supply chain.

Best Regards,

Scott Chatlin
